The right fit starts with the right measurement

How to Measure Correctly: Finding the Right Size for Your Abdominal Belt

To ensure your abdominal belt fits perfectly, the correct measurement is crucial – since our belts are only slightly elastic, please follow these instructions carefully:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Use a soft measuring tape (e.g., from a sewing kit).

  2. Measure your abdominal circumference at the position where the belt will be worn – typically at waist level or the lower abdomen.

    • The tape should run horizontally, fit snugly, but not constrict.
    • Measure directly on the skin or over thin clothing if possible.

    No measuring tape at hand?

    No problem:

    • Take a string or ribbon and wrap it around your waist as described.
    • Then measure the length using a ruler or folding rule.
  3. Note down the measured circumference in centimeters (cm).

Size Recommendation:

Our abdominal belts are labeled in size ranges (e.g., 55–60 cm, 60–65 cm, …). If your measured circumference is near the upper end of a range, we recommend choosing the next size up.

Examples for Reference:

  • Measured circumference: 56 cm → Size 55–60 cm
  • Measured circumference: 59 cm → Size 60–65 cm
  • Measured circumference: 64 cm → Size 65–70 cm

Tip: When in doubt, choose the larger size, as our abdominal belts are only slightly stretchable.
